2. Other INTERNATIONAL orders will be delivered by DHL Express in 2-7 working days

Whilst SHEN is of the highest quality fabrics and tailoring, we understand that from time to time you may want to RETURN or EXCHANGE an order.  As a statement of our quality and care for your shopping experience with SHEN, you have 100 DAYS from the date of purchase to return your order for a refund, store credit or exchange.  To receive the refund or exchange the returned order must:

1. Be in original, resalable condition with all original tags
2. Not have makeup stains or perfume scent 
3. Be received by post at the returns address below within 100 days of the purchase date
